What is TEC7?
TEC7 is a MS Polymer adhesive/sealant, that is used in various construction and DIY projects. It is known for its quality, strength, versatility, and durability. -
What surfaces can TEC7 be used on?
TEC7 can be used on almost all building materials such as wood, metal, concrete, glass, PVC, and many others. It bonds well to both porous and non-porous surfaces. -
Can TEC7 be painted over?
Yes, TEC7 can be painted over with most common paints. Alkyd resin-based lacquers, applied to Tec7 can have a slower drying process. -
How long does it take for TEC7 to cure?
The curing time of TEC7 depends on several factors, including temperature, humidity, and the thickness of the application. Generally, it takes around 24 to 72 hours for TEC7 to fully cure. -
Can X-TACK be removed once cured?
Once X-TACK has fully cured, it becomes difficult to remove. Removing cured X-Tack is possible using mechanical means. It is recommended to remove any excess or unwanted adhesive before it cures to avoid difficulties using Tec7 Cleaner
X-TACK
-
What is X-TACK?
X-TACK is an instant grab MS Polymer adhesive. It’s suitable for various installation purposes, particularly in construction and building applications, offering excellent instant grab capacity to most building materials. In X-Tack’s uncured state it can support substantial weights due to its instant grab capabilities, without the need of supports, props or fixings. -
What surfaces can X-TACK be used on?
X-TACK can be used on most building materials for both interior and exterior surfaces including but not limited to, metals, wood, stone, concrete, aluminium, plastics, glass, and ceramics. -

Adhesive Technology Vs Cohesion:
Adhesion and cohesion are two fundamental forces that contribute to the effectiveness of bonding between different substances. Both these forces play a crucial role in determining the overall strength and stability of a bond. The combination of adhesion and cohesion creates an intermolecular attraction that allows substances to adhere to each other, forming strong bonds. Adhesion ensures that different materials can stick together, while cohesion ensures that the molecules within a material can hold tightly together. Thus, it is the synergy between adhesion and cohesion forces that determine the bonding effectiveness in various contexts and to various materials.
